Rule 117
An advisory committee can be formed
If a project or an office or department is involved in construction improvement work and there is a situation where serious technical, economic and social problems are created and the implementation of the project is hindered, a complaint should be filed and submitted to the concerned secretary. The concerned secretary shall form an advisory committee consisting of himself and, if necessary, expert staff of other ministries and give necessary instructions according to the recommendations of the committee.
